Puzzle Clock
Today’s cheap plastic thing is the puzzle clock! It’s called a puzzle clock, though I’m not sure why. The biggest puzzle about this clock is wondering what it’s actually supposed to do. I was expecting something good, but all that happens is that you can pull the handle at the top and the arms and legs will move up and down. Since the metal discs in the arms are mounted vertically, pulling the handle does not result in noise, only shaking the clock back and forward will produce ting sounds. It’s difficult to see the point of the handle given this, unless moving the arms and legs is supposed to be good. You can of course move the hands of the clock to tell different times, but it will not keep time itself. I give this item 5 out of 10. All this for the bargain price of one pound.
