Have you seen

Sunday, January 19th, 2003

Have you seen this week’s cheap plastic stuff? This week I show how mankind has progressed by exhibiting one of the world’s achievements, the motor car, in plastic form. Click on the link to view what we’ve managed to do. It’s amazing, really.

Of course, if you’re going to be a university student in the coming years, a plastic motorcar might be the only kind you can afford, as you leave uni with debts of tens of thousands of pounds [news.bbc.co.uk]. Not very impressive really. Seems I must have been one of the lucky ones to get away with only around six grand in debt..

Cheap Plastic Stuff of the Week

Saturday, January 11th, 2003

Hi Folks!

It’s Cheap Plastic Stuff time again. This week’s cheap plastic stuff is a stark reminder of how we should not get involved in wars, it only leads to bad things happening. Won’t someone please think of the children!

Cheap Plastic Stuff

Saturday, January 4th, 2003

Hi folks! It’s Cheap Plastic Stuff time again and this week’s item is truely one of the best made cheap items I’ve seen in a while. And I’ve seen quite a few cheap plastic items believe me. Go take a look at it….

Meanwhile, I have to say that I’ve been disappointed with the Christmas PC game releases. Normally around Christmas you get a whole bunch of decent games out to spend far too much money on, but, this year, I’ve not bought anything.

I’m waiting for Deus Ex 2 [www.deusex2.com], which hopefully will be as inventive and engaging as the first one was, Sim City 4 [simcity.ea.com], which promises much and will hopefully deliver and Tomb Raider : Angel of Darkness [www.tombraider.com], which has a flash website showing various features and screenshots. It seems in the new version we will be able to see Lara learn, and interact with the characters. Yay, and, indeed, moo.

But none of those games are out yet, and it’s most annoying. :D

Tuesday, December 31st, 2002

Hi Folk! It’s the end of the year, and as we prepare to see it in with whatever everyone has planned, North Korea explains that it fancies a nuclear 2003 [news.bbc.co.uk], we get rain, rain, rain [news.bbc.co.uk] and more expensive petrol [news.bbc.co.uk] I bring you Happy New Year Cheap Plastic Stuff. Hope you love my vastly extravagant new year message. :)
