Big cash in
The family of someone who died in hospital after being moved to accommodate Michael Jackson are apparently going to sue Jackson over the incident [news.bbc.co.uk]. This is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard lately.
It kinda saddens me that their reaction to the event is to try and lever cash out of Jackson rather than deal with their loss. The fact that it would have had nothing to do with Mr Jackson which room he went in and who was in it before him seems to have escaped their notice.
The digital divide between rich and poor nations is closing [news.bbc.co.uk], which is good, really. I wonder if the same can be said for poor people living within rich nations. Probably not. That gap is probably growing.
Hot lollipop [news.bbc.co.uk]. And why not?
