It appears like the scam for premium rate rogue diallers [www.theregister.co.uk] is now changing towards rogue diallers that use 0871 numbers instead [www.theregister.co.uk]. These charge less per minute when people dial up but are less easily detected by users and telcos.
So keep a watch on your dialer and such.
