In a very caring move, the RIAA has sued a 12 year old girl for $2000 over file sharing [news.bbc.co.uk] (music downloading). This story is also covered on the register [www.theregister.co.uk] and on Slashdot [slashdot.org], where there are lots of comments.

It really is ridiculous. Apparently they are supposed to be chasing the top 200 or so file downloaders, and we are supposed to believe that this girl is one of them. Hmm.

There’s a terrorism practise on the tube in London tomorrow [news.bbc.co.uk]. It’s all arranged to stop in a certain place. I am not sure if there will be other passengers than the pre-arranged people on the train though. If not, then it’s not very realistic. If so, then I wonder if they have to go through all the thingies. yah.

Gosh. I’ve read this properly now and it’s today and doesn’t involve any of the public.
