Some bad news, the space shuttle columbia appears to have broken up during landing [news.bbc.co.uk]. It’s not clear exactly what happened right now. There were seven people on board. The loss of the shuttle and all seven crew has now been confirmed [news.bbc.co.uk]. A sad event indeed.
