Yes!
Joyous news! We who lost out in the great ITV Digital mess can keep our digital set top boxes for free [news.bbc.co.uk], which, I’m guessing, will come as some comfort for those who lost a fair whack when the company went under. Messy business but for at least until they change their minds again we can keep the things and have the extra channels. Yay.
There was an event the other day when Reginald Crew went to Switzerland to commit assissted suicide [news.bbc.co.uk]. You’re not legally allowed to do that over here, but you can over there. Which I find a bit strange - I don’t quite understand what happens back over here for your relatives and such. I wonder if it brings such laws here closer, because the difference is a bit odd.
For Iraq they promise more cooperation [news.bbc.co.uk], Bush wants none of it and sends more ships and we start to send a whopping great shed-load of troops over there..
