News items of note today were -
Tim Henman scraps through into the next round at Wimbledon [news.bbc.co.uk]. He won 7-6 (8-6) 3-6 7-6 (10-8) 6-1 against Wayne Ferreira in what must have been a tough battle for him. Let’s see how far he can get this year 
In Korea, A South Korean patrol boat has been sunk in a naval battle with North Korea [news.bbc.co.uk] at least four Koreans died in the incident with lots being wounded. North Korea does not recognise the border it went over, and has not responded about the incident.
In arizona with fires still burning, some folk are returning to their homes, some to find nothing left [www.msnbc.com]. Fire crews are still fighting the blaze.
