According to this news article [asia.cnn.com], a Chinese newspaper, the Beijing Evening News, printed an article submitted to them by a freelancer that had been translated from the satirical news site The Onion [www.theonion.com]. The subject of this highly believable article : That congress wanted a new building with a retractable roof. Heh.
