Oddness
Well my blog has been unavailable to me most of the morning, though apparently it was still working, so there must have been some odd stuff going on at Demon I guess.
I see from the BBC News article [news.bbc.co.uk] that hotmail is to start charging to allow people to check other accounts from the hotmail system. A couple of points spring to mind here. Firstly that I’d never consider checking my personal email through hotmail. That just has the words Bad Plan written all over it. The other is that I have not been able to access hotmail now for ages, so I would be mighty annoyed if I’d paid for that service. The third which just occurs to me now is I wonder if the payers will be having the good service now, leaving the free users to wallow in the mire? Not that I care, the hotmail account basically contains spam and not much else. Ha.
