Hippo
I quite liked this story. Californian fish and game officials found a 500 pound hippo in some guy’s back yard [reuters.co.uk]. Lovely. Apparently you need a permit to keep hippos. I’m a bit disturbed though that they didn’t notice this for about 12 years….
