The Mouldy Soup picture is up as usual. And a study to be published shortly suggests that America is far more vunerable to biological attacks than nuclear weapon disaster [news.bbc.co.uk]. It outlines lots of terror weaknesses. Interesting. I wonder who gets the details of the report….

Decisions
Decisions have been made, in particular, that Diane Pretty will not have the right to assisted suicide [news.bbc.co.uk], or rather, that her husband will not be imune to prosecution should he help her to die. This does seem rather to fly in the face of the verdict a month ago where another lady was allowed [...]

Rule
Ruling must be a strange thing. There is a lot of power associated with ruling. To help with that, some countries have split the ruling up between a larger group of people. I suppose there must be an optimum number of people that could share the rule. I wonder if any country currently has this. [...]

Blog entry, another win for M Schumacher at the Spanish Grand Prix [news.bbc.co.uk]. Button, who was doing fairl well, was forced out with car problems, whilst Coulthard fixed his first podium of the season, finishing in third place behind Montoya.
