Today’s Cheap Plastic Stuff
This week’s cheap plastic thing is worth the wait. For the small cost of just one English pound I have secured a true marvel of the modern era. Sporting a quality tennis racket and equiped with a felt base you can’t see on the picture (nothing but quality workmanship on this object) Tweety cast in resin comes in at an impressive 6cm tall. Originally presented in a prestine plsatic case which I removed for the purposes of photography, tweety stands proudly atop a mountain of tennis balls for a reason still unknown to myself. His head has a hollow sound to it if tapped. Some day I may break it off in order to investigate the internal structure. But not today, for tweety is far too “cute” and perfect. The picture can be found by clicking on the link above as usual.
Today, it finally rained, the measuring devices recording 20 and 25ml of rain. Quite impressive but actually long overdue I think. At least the air isn’t bone dry now.
