Cheap Plastic Stuff – Week 1!

Okay, here begins my first example of some cheap plastic stuff that I’ve bought. Since it decided to have a quick snow shower whilst I was in town, I completely forgot to go to the pound shop, so today’s cheap plastic stuff is something I bought a while ago, and is not really techy. It is however a) plastic and b) only 99p (or was when I bought it a while ago.)

Here we go then, todays Cheap Plastic Stuff is -

Kyle from South Park in the form of a cheap plastic squeezy stress relief toy.

The plastic squeezy Kyle has lasted quite well. I sometimes get quite stressed and Kyle has survived for a few years now, although his head is now starting to come away from his body, as you will see if you view the larger version of the pic. Some of the colour is also starting to flake off from the rubber, leaving Kyle with a speckled appearance. Kyle is 9cm high and about 6 cm across at his widest point.

All in all I would give Kyle a rating of about 6 / 10, or more if I am stressed on any particular day.

Next week hopefully I will not be distracted by snow and will remember to get something really cheap and plastic from the pound shop.

Meanwhile, here’s today’s Friday Five.

1. What’s your favorite vacation spot?

Probably Thailand (where I’ve only been once) and which is an amazingly rich country with nice people and beautiful scenary, or Australia, which is big and … big.

2. Where do you consider to be the biggest hell-hole on earth?

I’m either in it, or have not found it yet. ;)

3. What would be your dream vacation?

Right now I’m itching to go back to Australia again for a few months, maybe New Zealand too.

4. If you could go on a road-trip with anyone, who would it be and why?

I don’t want to tie myself down to anyone on my trip to Australia, I’d just see what happens and who the voyage hooks me up with.

5. What are your plans for this weekend?

Hopefully I’ll win the lottery and begin my trip to Australia….
